Common questions

What does the statement analysis cost?
Nothing. Upload one recent processing statement and you get the analysis back on the same page, along with a copy by email. There is no obligation to change processors.
Which statement should I upload?
One recent monthly statement from your current processor, as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 12 MB. It should show your total card volume, transaction count and the fees charged for the period.
Is my statement kept private?
Yes. The file is stored privately, is never published anywhere, and is only opened by Fizel staff reviewing your analysis. Uploads are deleted after 90 days. Please black out any full card or bank account numbers before uploading.
How accurate is the comparison?
It is a preliminary estimate based on the figures you confirm from one statement period, priced against the published Fizel rate table. Interchange and card-network costs are passed through at cost by every processor, so they are never counted as a saving. A Fizel review of the full statement turns the estimate into a firm quote.
What if my current pricing is already good?
We say so. If the analysis shows no meaningful difference, the report states that plainly rather than building a case for switching.
Does this work for businesses in the United States?
Yes. Fizel serves outdoor businesses in both Canada and the United States, and the analysis handles each country explicitly.
