Straightforward pricing
Pricing built to scale.
From independent shops and outfitters to major resorts and multi-location operators, Fizel offers transparent pricing that gets more competitive as your business grows.
Transparent by design
Know what you're paying for.
Payment pricing shouldn't require decoding a statement or sitting through a sales pitch.
Fizel uses transparent interchange-plus pricing. You pay the underlying card and network costs, plus a clearly defined Fizel markup. As your processing volume grows, that markup comes down.
No teaser rates. No confusing bundles. Just straightforward pricing built around how your business operates.
Transparent
Clear interchange-plus pricing.
Scales with you
Higher processing volume earns lower markups.
Built for outdoor business
From a single location to complex, high-volume operations.
Interchange + Fizel
The more you process, the lower our markup.
Your Fizel markup is based primarily on annual card volume and how your customers pay. The underlying interchange and card-network costs are passed through separately.

Rates shown are the Fizel markup only. Interchange and card-network costs are passed through at cost and appear separately on your statement. Available to businesses in Canada and the United States.
High volume & enterprise
Processing $10M+? Let's build the right pricing.
For resorts, destinations, multi-location operators and other high-volume businesses, Fizel offers custom pricing based on processing volume, transaction mix, locations and payment channels.
Built for businesses processing tens or hundreds of millions annually.
How it works
Interchange + a clear markup.
Every card transaction has underlying costs set by card issuers and payment networks. With interchange-plus pricing, those costs are separated from Fizel's markup.
That means you can see what the payment ecosystem costs and what Fizel charges to provide your payment service.

Questions
Pricing, answered plainly.
What is interchange-plus pricing?
Interchange-plus separates the two parts of a card transaction cost. Interchange and card-network fees are set by card issuers and networks and passed through to you at cost. On top of that sits a clearly defined Fizel markup. You can always see which part is the payment ecosystem and which part is Fizel.
Are interchange fees included in the rates shown?
No. The rates in the table are the Fizel markup only. Interchange and card-network costs are passed through separately at cost and appear on your statement.
Why does Fizel's markup decrease at higher volumes?
Higher processing volume lowers our per-merchant cost to underwrite, support and service an account, so we pass that back through a lower markup as your annual card volume grows.
What if my business processes more than $10 million per year?
That's where custom pricing begins — not where Fizel stops. Above $10 million we price based on your processing volume, transaction mix, number of locations and payment channels. There is no stated upper processing limit.
Can Fizel support large resorts and multi-location businesses?
Yes. We work with ski resorts, destinations, marinas, campground groups and multi-location retailers, including consolidated reporting across locations and pricing set at the group level.
Does Fizel support businesses in both Canada and the United States?
Yes. Fizel supports outdoor businesses in Canada and the United States. Available payment methods, hardware and settlement details vary by country and are confirmed during your quote.
Are there additional fees for terminals or point-of-sale systems?
Hardware and software costs depend on the solution you choose — terminals, mobile devices and POS systems can be purchased or billed monthly depending on the configuration and country. We quote those separately and in writing rather than bundling them into the processing markup.
Can Fizel review my existing processing statement?
Yes. Send us a recent statement and we'll break down what you're paying in interchange, network fees and processor markup, then show you the equivalent under Fizel pricing.
Do I need to switch all of my locations at once?
No. Multi-location businesses often start with one or two sites and roll out the rest between seasons. Pricing is based on your combined annual volume, not on how quickly you migrate.
Can seasonal businesses use Fizel?
Yes. Most of the businesses we serve are seasonal. Accounts are underwritten with that in mind, so a quiet off-season and a heavy peak period are expected rather than treated as a problem.
